What we say
Long-standing landmark on the gay dance scene in San Antonio.
Five dance bars in one, weekly events and drink specials. Drag shows, go-go boys, and dancing to heat you up, and strong drinks to cool you down.

Went to the Bonham because it was near hotel. I would NOT classify this as a gay bar; only thing gay about it was the bouncer. Too many str8 couples, I think we need to go back to our definition of "gay bar" and remove the Bonham as the example.

Ive been going there for years and every year it has gone drastically downhill. Lines have always been long and all people do is cut in line, which makes the wait longer. Go-go dancers are stuck up gay for pay dudes who only give females attention. There are cops everywhere in the club now that the majority of customers are straight. Fights break out everywhere all night by ghetto insecure str8 men. Its sad to see that the prices have gone up. I will probably never go back. Bye Bonham!Submitted via GayCities iPhone application

Shocked to see go go boys dancing....2 dance area's, lots of people, great place. Fun dance music and tons of bars to get to when you need to cool down with a drink! Must go and see what it is all about!

This use to be a quality place but since straights found out about it they have overrun it. Seriously there are too many straight people here, it's hard to hit on someone! The drink prices have gone up and it's mostly a straight and/or older gay person hangout.

1. crowd is mixed
2. great drink specials
3. great starter venue for the night (might still be free before 10pm for 21+)
4. PLENTY OF ROOM AND MUSIC ROOMS, THREE DANCE FLOORS.
5. you can take your straight friends there. even the ones who have never been to a gay club.
cons: straight rude male dancers, try to go on Fridays, Start there on Saturdays, but most leave by 11:30pm
