· Fiesta Oyster Bake© began in 1916 with a small group of St. Mary’s University Alumni. Today it serves more than 100,000 oysters either baked or fried, in addition to the a variety of tasty options at over 50 food and beverage booths. · A Taste of New Orleans fills 3 days with the tastes and sounds of the Crescent City. Listen to Dixieland, Smooth Jazz and Zydeco while enjoying Creole and Cajun dishes. Festivities are held in the historic Sunken Gardens Theater of Brackenridge Park.
