SAN ANTONIO, TX – March 17, 2013 – Inspired by a recent vacation to Monterrey Mexico Chef Rick Frame, has teamed up with Chef Josh Cross to serve up the latest East side bar and eatery. TORO Taco bar is an open air taco bar offering fresh frozen fruit drinks and Mexican inspired bar snacks from a patio amid the downtown San Anto skyline. Located at the corner of Brooklyn Ave and Austin St. just minutes from the Hays Street Bridge, TORO offers a focus on agave based drinks and Mexican, South American and Texas craft beers. TORO taco bar’s long awaited Grand Opening will be held on Friday, March 20, 2015 at 5pm. The night includes a special Contemporary Art Month celebration from 9pm - 1am. The event features music by Texas alt-country band, Snowbyrd and art by San Antonio artists Albert Alvarez, Avalos Avi, Bryson Brooks Raygun Johns, Ed Saavedra, and Spare Parts Mini Art Museum will present Cabinet of Curiosities.
