Make no mistake, this is a boy bar. Used to be nice for all san antonians ... but now it's mostly bi-sexual wanna be fashion models ... picture Studio 54 in the 80's.
I thought i was called the Bottom Exhange!
I had a blast there! One of the best parties I have been to in some time. I thought it was called "The Bottom Exchange" no wonde the cab driver chuckled when I told him. I just thought he knew it was gay. LOL

The Bonham Exchange is a fun place to hang out if you love eye candy...because the cute boys are everywhere! The only drawbacks at the Bonham are the prices, which are insanely overpriced, and the crowd. Expect to get there early, expect to pay a cover and expect to wait for drinks. If you don't mind the crowd and the prices, the Bonham delivers plenty of beautiful boys and great music!
great place to host a real party
My best " GIRLFRIENDS" recently had a celebration there. Although not originally from San Antonio, they both agreed this place is hands down the best place to go if you are looking for a fun night out with the boys or the girls. Free toys were handed out! WHAT FUN THAT WAS FOR ALL!!!!!!
So disappointed! :-(
I was told this was the place to go in San Antonio and it was a huge, huge let down. It was full of heavier girls and there was practically none of the gay community there. The drinks are really, really SMALL, full of ice, and hard to order too with the small bars. The two bartenders we interacted with were rude and begging for tips and they said they couldn't even make a martini. So disappointed. Oh!... And there were tons of older people, straight old ladies no less too. Hmmm???
